The plan, day by day
Session 1
They continued in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, breaking bread, and in prayers. The pattern of the first community.
Session 2
Members one of another. Be kindly affectioned; in honour preferring one another. How love acts in a body.
Session 3
The body is one, and hath many members. Every person in your group has a needed part to play.
Session 4
Speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Him. Community grows us toward maturity in Christ.
Session 5
Let each esteem other better than themselves. The humility that makes real fellowship possible.
Session 6
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, but exhorting one another. Why gathering matters.
Session 7
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God. The heartbeat of every group that follows Jesus.
A reading plan is a servant, not a master. If you miss days there is no guilt here and no scorecard in heaven. Simply begin again where you left off. The goal was never to finish a list but to meet the One these words are about, Jesus, who is glad to be found by you today.

The church was born not as an institution but as a family gathered around the risen Jesus, breaking bread, sharing life, and loving one another. Christ is the center and the source of real community; He binds strangers into brothers and sisters. As your group draws near to Him together, He draws you near to each other.

How do you lead a small group Bible study?
Keep it simple: read the passage together, ask a few open questions (what does this show about God, about us, and what might we do in response), make space for everyone, and close in prayer. You do not need all the answers; you are learning together. Warmth and honesty matter more than expertise.
How often should a small group meet to read the Bible?
Weekly is common and helps build rhythm and relationship, but every other week works too. What matters most is consistency and genuine care for one another. This plan's seven sessions can carry a group through roughly two months of weekly gatherings.
