In short
You become a Christian not by being good enough but by turning to Jesus in faith: admitting you need Him, believing He died and rose for you, and asking Him to forgive you and be your Lord. You can do that, sincerely, right now, in your own words. There are no magic words, but the heart of it is simple: turn from going your own way, trust that Jesus died and rose for you, and receive Him as your Savior and Lord. A prayer as plain as this is enough: Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying and rising for me. Forgive me, and be my Lord. I give You my life.
If you mean it, He hears you. Then tell another Christian, begin to read the Bible, and find a church to grow with.
