Psalm 89
Psalm 89 Meaning
Psalm 89 celebrates God's covenant with David, promising that his line and throne will endure forever. It praises God's faithfulness in the skies and His steadfast love that will never be removed.
Then it turns to painful confusion, for the throne seems cast down, and the psalmist asks how long God will hide. It ends holding the promise and the pain together, still blessing the LORD.
