Psalm 33
Psalm 33 Meaning
Psalm 33 calls the righteous to praise God with joyful noise, for the word of the LORD is upright and He loves righteousness and justice. By His word the heavens were made and the seas gathered.
It marvels that God sees all people and that no king is saved by the size of his army. Our hope is in the LORD alone, our help and our shield.

How Psalm 33 points to Jesus
The word by which the heavens were made is the same Word who became flesh in Jesus. Our soul waits for Him, our help and shield, the only sure hope of the nations.
