Psalm 148 summons the whole universe to praise: sun, moon, and stars, sea creatures and weather, mountains and trees, animals and birds, kings and peoples, young and old alike.
Everything that exists is called to praise the name of the LORD, whose name alone is exalted and whose glory is above earth and heaven.
