Churches on The Living Bread
The Living Bread lists many churches, but there is an honest difference between the two things you may see. A public profile is built from public information and is unclaimed until a church claims it. A partner is a church that has voluntarily claimed its profile or joined the program. The partner program is early and at an invitation stage, so we are not publishing a partner count or a partner list, because we will not imply more than is true.
Two things that look similar, and are not
When you browse the directory, most entries are public profiles: factual pages assembled from public sources so that people can find real churches near them. These are unclaimed by default, and their presence does not mean the church has any relationship with us.
A smaller group are partners: churches that have voluntarily claimed their profile, been verified, or opted into deeper participation. Partnership is always a church’s own free choice.
Why we are not showing a partner list or count
The partner program is early and at an invitation stage. To stay scrupulously honest, we will not publish a partner count, a partner logo wall, or testimonials we cannot stand behind. We would rather show you nothing than imply momentum that is not yet real. When there is something true to show, we will show it plainly, with the churches’ own consent.

The Living Bread is an independent Christian discovery platform, not any church’s official website. We exist so that a person searching in the dark can find a real, local family of believers near them, and so that your church can be found accurately, on your own terms. If a profile is yours, claim it and it is yours to keep true. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. That is the whole promise.
