- Local church care and counseling ministries. Many churches offer grief groups, care teams, and pastoral support, whether or not you attend. Ask what is available near you.
- Catholic Charities and Lutheran Services. Local agencies often provide grief counseling and bereavement support alongside other services.
- Christian counselors. You can search for a licensed Christian counselor through directories such as the American Association of Christian Counselors, and many counselors offer sliding-scale fees.
