What Does the Bible Say About Parenting?

The Bible gives parents both a serious calling and great grace: to train children in the way they should go, to teach them God's truth in everyday life, and to lead without provoking or exasperating them. Children are called a heritage from the LORD, and raising them is a work done in dependence on him.
