What Ephesians 2:4 means
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us. Two of the most hopeful words in Scripture are but God, the turn that interrupts our story of deadness and sin. Where we were helpless, God stepped in, rich in mercy, and his great love became the reason everything changed.
