What Psalm 28:7 Means

Psalm 28:7

What Psalm 28:7 means

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped. Strength for the fight and a shield for the danger, both are found in the Lord and not in ourselves. And the response to being helped is not pride but a heart that greatly rejoices and breaks into song.
