What Psalm 147:3 means
He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. The God who counts the stars, named in the very next verse, is the same God who kneels to bind up a broken heart. Nothing is too small for his care and nothing too shattered for his healing; he tends the wound personally, like a physician who will not hurry away.
