What Isaiah 41:13 Means
Isaiah 41:13
“For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.”Isaiah 41:13 (KJV)
What Isaiah 41:13 means
For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. God pictures himself taking hold of your hand the way a parent steadies a frightened child. The reason not to fear is never that the danger is small, but that the hand holding yours is strong and will not let go.

Isaiah 41:13 in context
12Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. 13For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. 14Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
