What Habakkuk 3:19 means
The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. A hind climbs sheer cliffs without slipping; that is the picture of what God's strength does in us. He does not always remove the steep and dangerous ground, he gives us the sure footing to walk it.
